Body Recovery Ministry offers a low-impact workout regimen that improves your strength, flexibility and posture, which in turn will help with balance and coordination.
This ministry meets Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Center and is hosted by Martha Melton. If you’ve never exercised before, or it’s been a while, join us to enhance your strength, resistance, flexibility, and endurance while meeting new friends.
